Book a free call with your CTO.

No calendar embed, no sales sequence, no card. You tell us what you are building and what is going on with it. Oshri reads it and replies with a couple of times for a thirty-minute call.

ROUND 01What happens next

Four steps. None of them a sales funnel.

StepWhat happens
You send the formYou get a confirmation by email. So does Oshri.
Oshri repliesInside two business days, with a couple of times. If the fit is obviously wrong, he says so then and tells you what to do instead.
The callThirty minutes. What you built, what is going on with it, whether we can help. If you have something running, he has a look at how it is put together.
You decideIf we can help and you are ready, you take a seat and chat starts that week. If not, you leave with a straight answer and an open door.
ROUND 02The form

Tell us what you are building.

  • No card. No sales deck.
  • Read by a person, answered by the same person.
ROUND 03About the third field

Write it the way you would say it to a friend. That is enough.

Good: "An invoicing tool for freelancers. Built with Claude Code. Live for two months, 120 users, a few paying. I just found out anyone can open someone else's invoice by changing the number in the link."

Also good: "I have an idea and a half-built app on my laptop. I have never deployed anything. I want to launch it properly and I do not know what I do not know."

Also fine: "I started in Lovable and hit the ceiling. I want to move to Claude Code and do this properly, but I am not technical."

ROUND 04What the call is

Three questions. Thirty minutes. Both directions.

What are you building, and for whom?

Not a pitch. A sentence or two. If people are already using it, say how many and whether any of them pay.

What is going on with it right now?

The thing that is worrying you, the thing that keeps breaking, or the thing you are about to build and are not sure about.

What do you want it to be in three months?

Launched. Paid. Handed to a developer. Sold. Whatever the answer is, it decides what we work on first.

Roughly a third of calls end with Oshri recommending something other than Red Corner. That is the call working as designed. Nobody pays before this conversation.

ROUND 05Other reasons to write

Not every message is a call request. All of them get read.

RouteWhat to do
Just a questionUse the form. If it is answered in the FAQ, you will get a link. If it is not, you will get an answer.
Press or researchWe talk to reporters and researchers about how AI-built apps fail. Email hello@redcorner.io.
Tools and partnersIf you build something that makes a first product safer to ship, we want to know about it.
Fractional CTO workFor companies with a team to direct, Oshri still takes a small number of fractional engagements. Say so in the form.

Six questions about starting.
