Oshri Cohen. The person who answers when your app breaks.
Chief Product & Technology Officer. More than thirty companies served as fractional and interim CTO since 2018. Twenty-five years in software, twenty of them leading engineering. Now in your corner for $350 a month.

A CTO's real job is knowing what goes wrong before it does.
A CTO's real job is not writing code. It is knowing, before anyone else, what is going to go wrong: which of your customers' data is accidentally readable by strangers, which password is sitting where anyone can find it, which deploy has no way back, which feature should never have been built. Then making sure someone deals with it before a customer does.
Companies pay a great deal for that. Since 2018, Oshri has been that person for more than thirty of them, directing up to twelve engineering teams at once across seven countries. A one-person product built with Claude Code gets none of it, at exactly the moment it needs it most: the first real users, the first payment, the first bad actor, the first customer who asks how it is built.
Red Corner is that job, done for the builders who cannot hire for it. You keep building with the tools you like. Oshri answers when it breaks, teaches the things that break, and sits down with you every month. That is the whole idea.
Four things a CTO does that a prompt never will.
None of these require you to become technical. They require someone in the room who already is.
- Reads what you built, not just what you asked for. Before the first call ends, he has looked at how your app is put together: where the data lives, who can read it, how you deploy, what happens when it fails. That is the part the AI never shows you.
- Answers in chat when it breaks. You send a message, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern or any time on Sunday. You get a CTO back, not a ticket queue. The answer comes with the why, so the next time you recognise it yourself.
- Teaches the things that break, in groups. Live sessions on one subject at a time: secrets, logins, backups, database changes, payments. Recorded and added to the library, so the answer exists before you need it.
- Sits down with you every month. A private 30-minute call. Your roadmap, your risks, your next hire, your next launch. The conversation a founder with a CTO gets by default.
Five rules. You will notice them on the first call.
| Rule | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Plain language | Every answer is written for the person asking, not for another engineer. If a word needs explaining, it gets explained the first time. |
| Worst thing first | You get a list, in order of what would hurt most if it went wrong tomorrow. Not everything at once. |
| No judgment | Every app he has looked at was built under pressure by someone who had never had a senior engineer on call. There is no shame in the corner. There is a list and a plan. |
| You keep building | He does not write the code. He reads your situation and stays. Agencies write code and leave. |
| The honest no | If the right answer is "don't build that," or "this is not for you," you hear it on the call, not after you have paid. |
Early. Founder-led. One person on the other end of the chat.
Red Corner is new. Every chat message, every session and every 1:1 is with Oshri, which is the point, and which is also why seats are capped. When the corner is full, the free call still happens and you go on a list, in order.
There is no case studies page yet, because we would rather earn one than write one. What there is: the catalogue of what breaks, the field notes, a free course you can judge us by, and a call that costs nothing.
If "new and founder-led" is a dealbreaker, we understand. The first call is still free, because we would rather have the conversation than not.
Talk to Oshri before you commit to anything.
Thirty minutes. He reads every request personally and replies with a couple of times.
In your corner.
