$350 a month. One price. Cancel with one email.
Everything a member gets is in the monthly fee. There are no tiers, no add-ons and no usage meter. This page is the full list of what is included, what is not, and the terms in plain English.
Two ways to pay. The call before either is free.
Per month. Cancel any time with one email and you are not billed again.
Billed once a year. $350 × 9. Twelve months, pay for nine. Full refund within 30 days.
Every seat starts with a call. No card until you are in.
You are invoiced, so it is expensable. Most members put it under engineering or security. The price is per person, for one product. If you are two co-founders on the same app, ask on the call.
Eight things in the monthly fee. None of them are extras.
- 01Chat support with a CTO, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern and all day Sunday
- 02A read of your app in the first week: where the data lives, who can read it, how you deploy, what to fix first
- 03Live group sessions, one subject at a time, with your app open
- 04The recorded answers library, searchable, growing every week
- 05A private 30-minute 1:1 with your CTO every month
- 06A review before anything goes to real users, by a person
- 07The prompts. When the answer is "run this," you get the exact text to paste
- 08The same person every time, who remembers your app between conversations
What else $350 could buy you, honestly.
The alternatives
| Option | What you get | What it costs |
|---|---|---|
| A fractional CTO | A senior engineer, a day or two a week. Built for funded teams with developers to direct. | $3,000–$10,000/month |
| A one-off security audit | A report. Excellent on the day it lands. Out of date the next time you ship. | $2,000–$15,000 |
| A vibe-coding community | Prompts, a Discord, and four hundred people guessing. Good for the first app. | $37/month |
| A bootcamp | You learn to write code by hand. Useful if that is what you want. It is not what this is. | $700–$15,000 |
| An agency | They build it, they leave. You own something you cannot change. | $10,000 and up |
| Red Corner | A sitting CTO, reachable, for one product, while you build it yourself. | $350/month |
What is not included
| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| Writing your code for you | That is an agency. We read your situation and stay. You keep writing. |
| Hosting, tools and AI subscriptions | You pay Claude, Vercel, Supabase and the rest directly. Budget $100 to $200 a month for a Claude Max plan. |
| A 3am pager | Chat hours are published above. A message on Friday night is answered Monday morning. |
| A guarantee your app will make money | Nobody honest sells that. We make sure it holds up when it does. |
Why $350 and not $37, and why $350 and not $3,000.
The $37 communities sell you the first app. They are good at it. At $37 you get prompts, a Discord and the promise that you will ship. What you do not get is a person who has run engineering for thirty companies reading your actual code before real customers see it. That is a different product.
The $3,000-a-month fractional CTO is that person, and is built for a team: developers to direct, a roadmap to own, meetings to sit in. A one-person product does not need the meetings. It needs the judgment, reachable, at the moment something is about to go wrong. That is the slice, and $350 is what the slice costs.
Eight lines. The substance of the agreement, in plain English.
- 01Membership is $350 a month, billed monthly in advance, or $3,150 a year, billed once.
- 02Monthly members can cancel at any time by email. You are not billed again after that.
- 03Annual members can get a full refund within 30 days of the start of their membership. After that, the year runs to its end and does not renew without your say-so.
- 04Every membership starts with a free call. Nobody is charged before it.
- 05Chat support is answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, and all day Sunday. Group sessions are scheduled at least a week ahead. The monthly 1:1 is booked at a time that suits you.
- 06Your code, your data and your product are yours. We never keep a copy of your repository and we never train anything on what you share.
- 07Group sessions are recorded for the members' library. Say so before a session if you do not want your app on the recording.
- 08The price is fixed for the length of your membership. If it changes for new members, yours stays where it was.
Talk to your CTO before you pay for anything.
The first call is free and it is with Oshri. If we can help, you take a seat. If not, you leave with a straight answer about what to do instead.
In your corner.
